Multi-Sensory Instructional Specialist

It is truly a blessing to work as a multi-sensory instructional specialist at Westbridge Academy. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan, I bring a well-rounded perspective to teaching. In 2003, I earned my master’s in education from Harvard University. My master’s focused on multi-sensory and cross-curricular learning, which has been invaluable in supporting students with diverse learning needs. With over 25 years of experience as a classroom lead teacher and private tutor, I specialize in working with students with learning differences. I completed the Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator certification through ReadSource Teacher Training, an Orton-Gillingham Academy accredited training program, and will be completing the practicum requirements to earn my Associate level certification. My passion lies in inspiring students and helping them recognize their unique, God-given gifts. I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to be a part of the Westbridge Academy community.
